Der Hessische Datenschutzbeauftragte hat Grundsätze für die Nutzung von Messenger Diensten aufgestellt

Nach einer aktuellen Mitteilung des Hessischen Datenschutzbeauftragten dürfen Elternbeiräte in der Kommunikation mit Eltern nur solche Messenger-Dienste verwenden, die den Anforderungen der Datenschutzgrundverordnun.ng genügen. Insbesondere muss die Kommunikation mit einer Ende-zu-Ende-Verschlüsselung erfolgen und die Daten müssen auf dem Server des Anbieters verschlüsselt abgelegt werden.
